New cleanliness and safety regulations as a prerequisite for loading
The pristine quality of our products is crucial not only to us and our customers but also for their finished goods. Impurities caused during transport – for example by dirty silo chambers – can negatively impact the quality of the industrial minerals supplied by Gebrüder Dorfner GmbH & Co. Kaolin- und Kristallquarzsand-Werke KG.
For this reason, we have introduced new cleanliness and safety regulations for all our customers and business partners who load and transport Dorfner products. These regulations apply everywhere throughout the Dorfner factory premises.
The new guidelines are valid as of 1 May 2018 and are mandatory requirements for loading at Dorfner. Starting 1 May 2018, a copy of form ‘FB00300 – Form for Verifying Cleanliness’ must be filled out and submitted at the weigh station. This form is to be completed and turned in even for identical pre-loads, which must be noted in the appropriate places in the document.
In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to refuse the loading of a vehicle. It is up to the collector to actively inform all staff and subcontractors about the contents of these new guidelines.
